Scottish Widows Workplace Pension Review

I am 36 years old and have a workplace pension with Scottish Widows. The fund value is approximately £160,000 and I would like to see if I am on track to have enough for a comfortable retirement. I would like to retire by about 60 with a monthly income of approximately £2,000 after tax. I have a stocks and shares ISA worth £10,000 so hoping to add to this to produce an income as well and also have a BTL flat with £75,000 mortgage remaining. The flat is valued at £175,000. I would like to see if others would recommend other investments or a different proportion shown below. I have chosen investments with a low investment charge to reduce costs.

£160K by age 36 , would certainly put you way ahead of most people at that age .
For an income of £2000 after tax , you will need a pot not much short of a Million pound , if you are relying solely on the pension.
The portfolio looks suitably aggressive to hopefully achieve that although the North American weighting looks high.
