Considering solar PV installation

The snow thing bothered me enough to get an extending pole and rubber scraper attached (live in a bungalow) and the one time we had snow that settled I was out there meticulously scraping all the snow off.  I kept an eye on the app and there wasn’t any discernible difference. Now, OK the app isn’t live, I appreciate that but it really didn’t look like it made a difference, certainly not enough to justify the pole!  I bought an apple picking attachment to justify my purchase!
