The OP needs to decide whether to be employed by the Dutch company or Ltd Co. Consultant to the Dutch company.Dox said:If you google on the words 'employed by dutch company but based in the UK' you will get a lot relevant links - some a bit out of date, others very recent - but likely to be more accurate/focussed than some of the responses here.
Self-employed sole-trader consultant to the Dutch company is the third option, but really just leaves everyone in a messy middle ground and I would advise against this route.1
