Working for a Dutch company from the UK... best solution?

    The OP needs to decide whether to be employed by the Dutch company or Ltd Co. Consultant to the Dutch company. 
    Self-employed sole-trader consultant to the Dutch company is the third option, but really just leaves everyone in a messy middle ground and I would advise against this route.
