Are there any lenders who would consider a disabled single parent with access to a decent deposit and income from PIP and UC who has a 10 year PIP award (higher rate)
Daughters relationship has broken down and landlord will not accept benefits. After housing benefit her contribution towards rent would be similar amount to a mortgage with a 30-40% LTV so affordable
She ia currently completing her MA and hoping to work part time in the future
Any help or advice would be really welcome as even with issues of not beimg able to stay in her rented property she is very low on the list for a house nearer to us.
We dont realistically have room to offer a long term solution or the ability to remortgage or do buy to let but houses are available a short walk away if she could obtain a mortgage of around £40k.

Does the landlord need to know she’s claiming benefits if they are paid directly to the person, or has she now already told them?FWIW a 10 year PIP award can still be reviewed early. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
There are lenders that will lend with 100% benefit based income. Not sure what else you want but feel free to ask any follow up questions0
