PAYE, Lease Car, Tax Rebate?

Hi, hopefully someone can help as the more I think about it, the more confused I get!
So I joined a company in 2019, with a personal car lease I already had and received a 'Car Allowance' of £600 per month on top of my salary (I believe HMRC treats this as salary and taxes it accordingly).
My company gave me a fuel card and through the month I would record start-stop odometer readings for each personal/business journey.
At the end of the month I submitted my mileage log and would pay them back for all of the personal mileage, based on the petrol-station receipts.
Is there anything I can claim for from HMRC as I can't find anything for this specific situation?

I assume that, by reimbursing private fuel, you did not pay BIK on the fuel card?0
