I've got a Garmin Vivoactive 4S and love it, tend to charge it twice a week and that's with a minimum of 5 workouts a week. I don't shower with it (had a skin reaction to the original strap and part of the solution was not to wear it in the shower) so after an evening work out I'll pop it on charge if the battery is low then put it back on before bed, or sometimes leave it off all night.

Prior to that I used to have a Fitbit Charge 2 and it was fine - if you're not bothered about the stats, a Fitbit will do the job nicely.

I sold my Fitbit and bought the Honor band from Huawei.
    Def recommend it.
