Pre agreed missed mortgage payments?

Hi, my partner and I arranged with mortgage company to not make payments for a period of 5 months whilst our house was sold.
This request was supported by GP medical evidence (partner too ill to work). 

The house was sold in Nov 19 and the mortgage arrears paid for from the equity.
I have checked my credit files and these missed payments are showing.
Can I ask mortgage company to remove them or if not should I write a note explaining the circumstances?
I guess the fact that they were missed is factual so probably no recourse?

Both bankrupt. Discharged March 2018.

You can ask, but as the payments were actually missed you can’t demand. I’d be surprised if they agreed, as the record is supposed to be a factual one, and yours currently is.
Time’s the great healer here, the missed payments will become less of an issue in the future, and it’s still the bankruptcies that will dominate any decisions for a while.

While BR is on your file anything else is insignificant

Just a quick follow up if I may?
I was made bankrupt in 2011 and discharged in 2018 (I had signed a PG for my now ex-partner’s business which collapsed so I was left liable). Discharge was delayed as ex partner refused to cooperate with receiver.
The bankruptcy does not show on any of my credit reports, which surprises me. Is this because the order (2011) rather than the discharge (2018) was over 6 years ago?
