Agency worker & isolation pay

Hi, my husband is an agency worker and has been for well over a years now. He has worked at 2 different places whilst with them. The most recent he started at the end of June this year. He works in a food factory so is classed as a keyworker. He has the track & Trace on his phone and was told to self isolate for 10 days as he had been near someone with Covid. He has not been paid anything for this period. Does anyone know should he have had sick pay?
Thanks.
Thanks.

As he wasn’t sick then I don’t think sick pay applies. Has he looked to see if he is eligible for the track and trace support payment?1

He should have disabled the app whilst at work, we are advised to turn off the app whilst at work.nomoredebt said:Hi, my husband is an agency worker and has been for well over a years now. As for payment your husband might qualify for the £500 payment from Government for those who have to isolate1 -
Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately I did look into the £500 but we don't qualify, we get the wrong kind of tax credits, typical... 🙄 Xx
Not only didn't he get paid for the time he had off, they then shut for one day on his return day to move machinary around, then they sent him home 2 hrs early today... Fingers crossed next week is a better one!0
