Hi I came out of Bankruptcy in feb this year, and going through a marriage breakup, I'm j have currently paid a holding fee in a property to rent, inhale to pay bond 640 and 3 months  rent 1680 does that pay current for 3 months or am I expected to pay rent on top of that aswell

Confide in a friend or join a mutual help group.

Local community center / Salvation Army when they open, may offer help, or the local council. You have taken the first step in reaching out by posting.

When we had to move we had to pay 6 months rent up front and that was it for the 6 months. Once the 6 months were up we paid monthly. Though I did have to check with the LL that this was the way it was done.
