Hiya.
I recently received a email from sunny stating they have gone into administration and they have have found that 400k loans to people who couldnt afford pay it back they mentioned redress and removal from credit files my question is my loan was sold to a debt collection which is paid via DMO.
Questions is what happens to this now? Do I still have pay it?

Just because the original creditor has gone bust does not mean you should stop paying your debt, i gather its been sold on anyway. It may be wise of you to submit a claim following the link above, you won`t get any reddress, as there will be too many creditors, and very little capital to share, but you may get your remaining balance cleared or reduced, so its worth a shot.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
