Recaptcha Not Working

Good Afternoon
I'm looking for some computer help. 
I use Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge as my main browser. Everything was working fine until I installed the latest Windows update this morning. Now the Recaptcha is not working on Edge or Chrome. 
I have tried uninstalling the update but for some reason despite following the correct procedure and restarting my computer multiple times the "uninstall" hasn't take affect and I cannot enter a lot of of competitions because Recaptcha is not working when required. Recaptcha is actually not displaying at all so can't complete it.

I installed the update earlier this week and I have encountered no problems on Edge or Chrome.

This competition always requires a recaptcha after you click on enter, and multiple entries are allowed so you can try it as many times as you like:

I've just entered the My Weekly competition no problem.

Forgot to say the link to the CelebrityAngels competition did not come from MSE.

The problem is 100% with Celebrity Angels - it often has recaptcha problems.
