Mine never tracked so submitted a claim which TCB sent off mid February. Still showing zero cashback so not holding out much hope.
Sometimes claims take much longer to correct the value and payout but I have never had one fail to payout even if it's taken years of patience and regular chasing. Ours both tracked and now look like the below. We mostly use Firefox for browsing on our computers but when placing cashback orders do a clean session in Edge where there are very few stored logins or old cookies to upset things.

Thanks - mine too and it wasn't showing as payable last night.
I wish TCB sent out emails when things become payable but I guess they want you to keep checking their site so they can sell you something else. My wife is after an M&S voucher to replace her bithday one that got spent on kids shoes but TCB are only offering a 3% bonus on M&S and I can get a 6% discount on them via my employer's perks scheme so we will probably just take the cash for now.

I don't need an email notification as I was expecting to see the news here first  :)

The investment has been doing pretty well too in its little time riding the stock market. Legal and General are very much in my good books  o:)

    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

Not only did my cashback not track, every time I want to log in to see the pension I have to ask for an email code as the system never remembers my password.

Transferring to Hargreaves, but needs a printer form and signature to do a transfer unlike most modern plans. How old hat is that for a so called modern pension.

Login a palaver, transferring out also a palaver!

    Life's too short.

We are just going to leave ours with L&G for a while to see what happens with this government consultation on raising the minimum pension access age. It's only a tiny amount of money but the account might be useful in future if it gets a protected access age of 55.

I will be 57 before 2018 so not an issue for me. Besides, my Hargreaves SIPP is older than my L&G pension so not an issue anyway!

I know Hargreaves are expensive but they do a good job. Also some good fund discounts offset the higher platform charge, eg LTGE.
