Laser hair removal complaint

Hi, I have recently paid a lot of money for laser hair removal. I was told 6 sessions would be enough and was the package I’ve paid for. It hasn’t been. Does anyone know who I should complain to? (The beautician is self employed and not willing to help or do anything). Thanks !
