Barclays Underwriters

Just trying to be proactive here. Have passed all the checks with Barclays and full application has been submitted for a 25% LTV mortgage part of which I am porting. I have a salary of circa £50k and looking to get a £210k mortgage on an £820k house. My Achilles heel is that I have around £100k of available credit card on 12 different cards. One of the cards has a £3k balance at 0% the other cards are all paid in full each month or unused (the majority). I am just wondering if the underwriters are going to make a big deal about this...Any knowledge would be most welcome!

I think it's too late to change anything now, so wait and see what they come back with. If they want you to reduce your available credit, I'd expect them to tell you that.0

Thanks. Ok, so that is a possible outcome. Yes, I'd be fine with that!0
