Santander self employed

Hey
Just after a little bit of advice from someone who is going through or is going through same process as us.
Application put in with santander a few days ago im employed on maternity leave and my other half limited company for 3 years but latest year earnings doubled due to work and less expenses. We have provided an accountant certificate I've provided my payslips. We sold our our in June and its taken us this long to get this far due to my other half being limited company and waiting to file accounts etc we have reserved a new build through help to buy and are looking for 70% LTV. I've seen santander turnaround for self employed has been a long wait has anyone else been in similar situation and had to provide further evidence of limited company apart from accountant certificate? I'm sooo anxious as everything is riding on this for us as our new build developer won't wait forever and neither will our buyer. Our mortgage advisors has been nothing but outstanding but always nice to hear stories of those going through as applicants like us I feel this house move has consumed every aspect of our lives since June! We both have excellent credit on experian although I do have some debt in loans but all given to broker.
Thansk in advance

Relax! Assuming you've told the "outstanding" broker all of this, it is their job to pick the lender that is OK with your situation and sort it all out- that's why you used them.
