    Sometimes the customer service and customer satisfaction survey is way ahead of the process.
    Don't read too much into it.
    Would I complete a survey before I got the goods ? Hell No
    Wait and see.
    You can always say how wonderful your mortgage lender is once you have the keys.

    It might be worth saying who the lender is so others who have dealt with them can compare the timeline of when they got theirs?

    Also, you are technically a customer as soon as you put the application in.
