Nectar double up - Is it just me?

Morning, been on the nectar app just now because I was told by a very uncertain young girl (staff) at Sainsbury’s that in order to double up my points I would have to open up the app and there would be the option to “ double up”. Well there’s nothing on the app about doubling up my points. Can anyone help pls?

It's on the home page - says ' Morning XXXXX', then how many points I have and then,  Double Up......

Thanks JGB but mine just says Morningxxx, how many points I have and points are worth xxxx, that’s all, nothing about doubling up

I fear if I ask down at the store they won’t know what to do. They’re not clued up on these things at my local store. I was told ‘ it’s been a year since last double up points and they forgot how it works’

Have you checked for an app update?

Ok, so I ended up having to uninstall and reinstalling the app the get the double up feature
