i dont know if this is the correct board but i was hoping someone could tell me if they have bought anything from this company as i have ordered xbox 360 games for my son one was dispatched a week ago one now awaiting stock i have emailed twice and have heard and received nothing from them doesnt seem to be telephone contact for them either thanks for any advice

I've used them a couple of times before, and never had any problems. Occasionally things have been out of stock, and they're fine about cancellations. I can't recall being charged in advance though.

Always been fine with me. Used them a couple of times in the last few weeks and delivery has been a little slower than some of the better known retailers but everything has arrived.

i was charged the day it was supposed to have been dispatched i havent been charged for the other game yet im just worried that i have heard nothing from them

I had an order from them last week but the case was damaged and they refunded in full including the postage. I ordered the game on 21st November and it was delivered on the 26th. I emailed them straightaway about the damage etc and they came back to me quickly. Now had money refunded.

fingers crossed then it might just be the ever reliable royal mail losing sorry misplacing another parcel though thats no excuse for no communication from powerplay thanks everybody that replied

I ordered from them a few years ago. My first order was really quick and fine, but my 2nd wasn't dispatched for ages! I canceled after a few months (!) and went elsewhere
