My friend is just going to work with the union as apparently a second member has a grievance against management in the process and it's facing a similar dismissive attitude. He's requested if a mod can delete this thread now that he has his answer and is unlikely to go for the extreme option of constructive dismissal.0

Once replies stop it will drop down the list of threads but still be available if responses could help another individual with a similar situation.3
