I'm doing a click n collect tomorrow coz there is no home delivery for love nor money. instead of our normal cooking oil I've opted for the spray stuff in a can. any one used it or any likes or dislikes? is it supposed to more healthy?

I know some people will say it has additives/preservatives or some such but I use it because it has just one calorie per spray.

It can be expensive in major supermarkets though. When you can shop around it can often be picked up for £1.50 (Iceland) or Aldi do an own brand.

If you are talking about the likes of fry light they can ruin any decent frying pans or baking sheets, they leave a sticky residue which is impossible to get off.  It's whatever they add to the oil to make it low calorie

We just use normal oil (we tend to use rapeseed) in a pump action spray bottle
