Recieved mortgage offer - drawdown of funds

Might seem a daft question but recieved a mortgage offer today and it talks of assumption that the drawdown of funds will be today. Is that normal, standard wording?
"This Offer and Mortgage Illustration are prepared on the assumption that the loan will be drawn down on
09/11/2020."
We are still waiting on searches and survey next week so obviously won't be drawing down for a while?0

Yes, like it says it's just for the purpose of illustrating the costs etc. The lender has no idea when you'll actually draw down the funds.
