L&C case tracker

Good morning everyone.

I had a full offer from Halifax in July, but due to cladding issues, I changed property and Halifax has reassessed my application and re-issued the offer last Thursday with the amended property address.

my question is, did anyone have issues with L&C updating the case tracker? My solicitor has received the mortgage offer already, while L&C case tracker it’s been sitting on lender assessing ever since. I contacted my mortgage adviser, but no communication has been received.

I know I should not panic, but I can’t help but overthinking stuff. Also, I know that Halifax offer takes a while to come through the post, but last time L&C sent one via email.

I had my mortgage offer from Halifax last Wednesday (4th November) and it is yet to arrive in the post. I used a different broker and they emailed me a pdf of the offer letter on Wednesday. From what I've seen on these forums, they take a week or so to arrive in the post as I'm led to believe they are sent Second Class.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I would like to get the pdf offer but my advise won’t reply to my email. I guess I have to wait until I get it via post.
