Hi,
I called student loans about a refund for overpayments made. The lady I spoke with said that it would all be passed to HMRC and they would confirm and process the refund. This was nearly a month ago and I havent heard anything. Can anyone say how long it took for them to get a refund? What's normal?
Thank you

The SLC take forever to do anything. Chances are they haven't even contacted HMRC.
I would contact HMRC yourself to find out.
Also if you haven't finished paying but have just over paid there is a possibility they may wait till the end of the financial year as they won't be able to evidence it's not owned between now and then.0
