Interest rate 255.5% pa (fixed) Representative 939.5% APRI don't care - would not touch them with your bargepole!
I take it one or more of the CRA's hold some bad stuff on you and you want to try someone else?0 -
At 939.5% apr I know things might be tough (as you wouldn't need a loan if they weren't), but please don't entertain a loan from Money Boat. Are there no other ways you could aquire the money? Family, friends etc...0

I know. I am waiting to complete on mortgage and stupidly took this to pay solicitor fees but now I am panicking incase it goes on my credit file and the lenders do another search before completion. The lender only use Experian.0

I might get banned for this but you are so s@u$i+ I can't believe it.
You pay your solicitors fees after you complete when everything has gone through.
You have every right to be worried.2 -
Your mortgage lender is the last of the adverse lenders who brokers use. They do not approve mortgages where recent PDLs have been taken out. Potentially your offer is now at risk of being withdrawn.

I've commented on one of your others as well, but will also say it here.
It's possible the search will still show even though you are withdrawing from the PDL.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
