Looking for adverse no defaults in last 24 months.
10% deposit saved with proof of funds saved. High earners looking to borrow no more than 4 x salary.
Are there any 90% options? (Not help to buy)
Can also provide guarantee

Probably not.
The specialist lenders are not doing 90% LTV so you would be reliant on credit scoring lenders and I cant imagine you passing the scores in the current climate as they do not need to be taking that sort of extra risk... I mean that in the nicest possible way, but cant think of a way to be honest without it being a bit direct.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks for the honesty - I suspected that would be the case0

Aldermore were doing 90% last week but back down again now. Not sure if they would have taken the case but i think it would have been within criteria for them0
