Is mortgage offer still valid if having a restructure at work

The company I work for is having a restructure, while nobody has been put at risk would this effect a mortgage offer?

If there is no formal notice of a consultation period or 'at risk' notices then probably not.
Read what you have signed with your lender and see what the notification requirements are, but from what you've said so far there may not be a need to tell them yet...

Is the restructure just rearranging what people do without affecting pay and numbers of staff and without prospect of redundancy? If not, why would it?
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

    Thanks for replies ,

company was bought out and they are having a realignment, no mention of jobs loses yet and nobody has been put at risk. The realignment won’t be complete until end of year

Nothing obvious there to trigger a concern worthy of mentioning.
Usually 'restructure' or 'realignment' is going to mean bad news for somebody somewhere but there needs to be much stronger indication of an impact on you personally before you have any concern to raise with the lender.

Perhaps something to weigh up before committing to major expenditure. Let the dust settle.  Takeovers often result in the removal of duplication of roles and a streamlining of the the organisational structure. Cost saving may well be high up the agenda currently.
