Halifax - reduce rates for loyalty

Hi, we have had our mortgage for 6 years with Halifax and an old mortgage for 12 years with them. When I look at their remortgage rates that are on their website etc are those rates set in stone or do they reduce the interest rates depending on customers loyalty?

Go online and see what they'll offer you when your existing fixed term product expires.1

Halifax penalise their loyal customers by charging more as their mortgage gets smaller.

loyalty doesn't pay anymore, shop around"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
