Lenders that accept Retrospective Structural Warranty Certificate

Hi All
       Just need some advice / suggestion with regards to my buy to let mortgage. Basically we are stuck with BTL mortgage application. We use to live in our  house  and recently moved out due to my daughter's school admission. We have rented that house out (concern to let  - from the mortgage lender) recently in Aug 2020. We are trying to convert that to Buy to let mortgage. 
      However, story is - house was built in 2015 and structural warranty was taken by the builder, that was provided by "Alpha Insurance", which has gone to liquidity in 2018.  Recently I have taken - Retrospective cover from  - Global Home Warranties Ltd (cover from 10th Aug 2020 - Aug 2025), which is Retrospective Structural warranty certificate. 
     Now we have made applications to Natwest and Barclays banks to convert our residential mortgage to Buy to Let mortgage. But both lenders did not accept that Retrospective Structural warranty certificate. We are in difficult situation now, where to proceed to get that certificate accepted.
     I appreciate if anyone can give any useful information, advise or any suggestions about the list of lenders that accepts Retrospective Structural warranty certificate, that will be big help for us.
