Do I have to pay stamp duty if I am buying into my husbands property?

Hi - My husband and I owned a property each before we got married , and when we moved house in Feb 2019 I didn't get put on the new property due to the fact I already owned a property (that I rented out) and didn't want to get caught out on tax for a second home. Subsequently we married in May 2019, and I have now sold my property, and settled capital gains tax, and now we want to used this money to do some building work, which we will need an increased mortgage for. My question is, will I be liable to pay stamp duty if we get a new mortgage on this property (currently valued at 575K) as I have had conflicting advice! We both want to have our names on the title deeds etc
