I intend buying some walking gear from Decathlon and was impressed by their 2-year warranty promise.
It looks good, but checking reviews on some of the products indicates problems getting this warranty put into action. Examples such as trainer stitching coming loose, but the store saying it was caused by rough usage of the shoes.
Have folk here had good or poor customer service from Decathlon.
thank you

I've never tried to claim for anything, but what I have bought from them in the past is worth what I paid for it.
For example a £3 t-shirt was as good as I expect for that price.

    As above .
But a warranty means what it says in the terms and conditions .
