    Not usually anymore. They used to but if it is a basic valuation, they do not seem to be sending them on now.

    We had our offer from Natwest last week and it also included the valuation report.
  • Kensington offer came with the Valuation attached. As it’s a new build it was valued at £0!! Still went through ok though as it said ‘value after work undertaken - £full price’

    You'll only get sight of the valuation either matching what you value the house at or below if they think you've over offered - they won't tell you if they think its worth more.

    I got my offer from Halifax today and it told me it was valued £1,000 less than the agreed price. 
    FTB with Halifax
    23/10 AIP
    23/20 Full application 
    26/10 Valuation booked
    28/10 Case agreed subject to valuation 
    03/11 Desktop valuation

    28/01/21 Exchanging of contracts
