Not usually anymore. We had our offer from Natwest last week and it also included the valuation report.1

Kensington offer came with the Valuation attached. As it’s a new build it was valued at £0!! Still went through ok though as it said ‘value after work undertaken - £full price’0

You'll only get sight of the valuation either matching what you value the house at or below if they think you've over offered - they won't tell you if they think its worth more.0

I got my offer from Halifax today and it told me it was valued £1,000 less than the agreed price.FTB with Halifax
