Bicycle panniers

I am looking for double bicycle panniers for a rear-wheel rack. The local independent cycling shop has three brands, all at around £120-130. Has anyone found anything decent for less? EDITED TO ADD that I've found a set on eBay. Should have thought of that before posting!
