Swagbucks account gone?

I have a swag account but cant log in or get a new password.  Ive tried opening a new account as it was some time since I used my account so thought it might have been deactivated.  But the mobile number is already used it says when I enter it. SO I cant log in, cant get a link for changing the password and cant open a new account.
What should I do?

If you can't login you can try adding a support ticket in the customer support section (the link is at the bottom of the homepage).
However, if your account was deactivated due to breaking their terms of use, you may be out of luck.  An example of this would be creating another account to get a referral bonus, because only 1 account per person is allowed.

Try putting a ticket in, you will either get access again or know that you can't use it again.

I have submitted a ticket. Thank you for that information. Ill wait and see what happens as the only reason I can think why it may have been deactivated would be lack of use.

I heard back from them. They said I attempted to open another account. Yes I did when I couldn't get in mine recently. There's no way I would have tried to run 2 accounts at the same time. I didn't make much on Swag at all back in the days I did cashback sites as others were far more profitable. I am talking a few years ago......
Never mind. Less time on the computer more time doing other things.
