If there’s a genuine problem then everyone will have the same issue, they’ll get no documents, and (hopefully) contact everyone.
if it’s just you they’ll probably just assume you pulled out. What is the issue you are having? I do a reasonable amount of scanning to online for my job and three hours would be a full book.0 -

If this is second stage then surely you were given contact details of someone when you passed the first stage?
I also suspect this is user error as these sort of job application websites are all pretty much standard and have the same functionality.

The reason why i think user error is that if apparently took you three hours to scan and upload just one document. You must know who you are applying to. Just use the contact details on their website and say you need to speak with HR. Very easily sorted.0
