I am neither a scammer nor a troll - I’m just asking a simple question. I’m looking to move and am in need of a bridging deal and was merely asking whether anyone could recommend a trusted and tried broker. From looking on line the KIS bridging loan company‘s website looks good but I am wary of scams - hence my seeking whether anyone on here has any experience of them?
As for posting this message twice - this is my first time on here and I wasn’t sure whether to post under ‘ loans’ or ‘mortgages’ so posted twice.
It really is that uncomplicated!If anyone can help rather than be suspicious and unhelpful I’d be really grateful.
