Completion with HTB

Hi guys,
Our developer just messaged us that conpletion will now be on the 20th (previously 13th), the problem is our mortgage will end on the 21st!!! I am so mad right now that i just want to cry!!! They did our NHBC last Friday but they can’t give the notice to complete yet to our solicitors because they said they are still doing some final snagging checks so they can only release this notice on Friday which means completion is on the 20th. Our solicitors told us that they will do their best so we can complete before the 21st.

We are just worried because we have HTB and i know that there’s a delay now. My question is if the notice would be served this Friday would we really be able to complete on the 20th? Do you think we can get all the forms/documents we need especially with HTB so we can complete?
