Dear Christine,

I am writing to you to give you an update on when to expect your prize. We have started the paper work required from the University’ finance office in order to make the order so we hope that the vouchers will be with you around mid-January. Please accept our apologies for the small delay, but the university closes over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays so things take a bit longer. We are also required to abide by the University’s Finance Office rules and regulations when placing orders, which mean that there is a bit of bureaucracy involved. Still, the vouchers will be quite handy for the January sales.
