Working from home tax relief

I have worked at home every day since lockdown began at the end of March.  Prior to lockdown; I have never worked at home before - I have worked for my current employer for 12 years and have worked generally since 2003 after graduating from university.
I was recently watching Martin Lewis's TV show and came across this: https://blog.moneysavingexpert.com/2020/04/martin-lewis--working-from-home-due-to-coronavirus--claim-p6-wk-/.  It clearly states that you can claim if you are REQUIRED to work from home.  The day after the PM announced the lockdown in March I was in the office and said I preferred to work from home in an email (after talking to a friend who is a doctor) because anything I can do in the office; I can do at home.  Since then the entire department is working from home, except for those who cannot work from home.
Am I entitled to claim?
