Me and my partner have found a property we love and are using HTB so need a 75% mortgage. I checked my credit file and realised I have 3 late payments in the last 2 years on my credit file. (All paid within the month so are a 1 marker) Will this ruin our chances? I have no other adverse history and £2000 left on a loan. Partner has no adverse history or debt.  Affordability is good, we earn 49,000 between us and are looking to borrow 157,000

Speak to a mortgage broker! They’ll know which providers are able to work with your circumstances. I’ve heard of much much worse adverse credit than that finding a mortgage deal. Good luck!
