Hi,
we are due to have the valuation of our (hopefully) property on Thursday....is it likely this will go ahead? Or postponed due to the lockdown?

It probably depends on whether it is a physical valuation or Desktop valuation.0

We got surveyor in our house last week to value. So physical.0

My buyers surveyor still completed their survey last week on my house. We are in wales and currently in lockdown but it still went ahead.1

I’ve got a physical valuation being carried out this Friday 6th (mortgage with HSBC). Our EA confirmed with the surveying company today that it is still going ahead as planned.0
