  • We are due to exchange on our new build in the next couple of weeks and are also concerned, any ideas? My brother and sister in law exchanged, completed and moved into their house during the last lockdown, so hopefully matters won’t be too different.

No reason why mortgage completions ought to be affected, banking in general has continued as normal. To the extent there was any disruption from organisations setting up working from home arrangements, they've already done that so will be carrying on.
