Government Green scheme

I have contacted all local Trustmark window suppliers and none of them are taking part in the Green Voucher scheme as they say it is too disorganised and inefficient to bother with. As I live in London/South East it seems that there is no need for any of these types of businesses to join in as they have more than enough work. Another sound good scheme from Government but sadly it doesn't deliver.
