Has anyone had their application rejected in the last few days, offer withdrawn or offer issued under different condition (higher rate) due to Covid specifically?
If so can you please share some details and mortgage provider?
Let's keep this factual please

Only a small number of very small regional building societies price their products on risk, so lenders will not come back and offer you a mortgage at a higher rate.
Some lenders are looking at your occupation/industry more than normal. I know some lenders will not accept applications from people who work in hospitality but if a lender has offered your mortgage, they would generally not pull your offer unless your circumstances change (ie you are made redundant or hours changed) and there is no sign this is happening, certainly not in any great numbers. Obviously if you work for say Debenhams and they announce that they are closing all of their stores, you may find your lender does a review of any applications where the applicant is employed by Debenhams and pulls the offer.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
