Trust deed windfall

I am almost 4 years into my trust deed and im due compensation from my employer for an injury i sustained. Is there anyway i can get to keep the compensation money so that the trust deed doesnt find out about it ?

What you can keep will be up to the trustee. You must inform them when you receive the windfall.The comments I post are my personal opinion. Compensation is viewed differently to a windfall, at least in England and Wales, it may be different in Scotland, speak to your accountant in bankrupcy.
