WMG Associates - solar panel reclaims

This company contacted my mum claiming they can get compensation for her solar panels installation. The solar company had gone bankrupt so the 10 year warranty was void and this company reckoned they could get her compensation on a no win no fee basis, but for a £400 fee they could try to get interest payments that would now not be forthcoming on her energy feedback to the grid as the company went bust.
I did a search on the company WMG Associates, Rosehill Court Aberdeen. It only shows up on Companies House, registered on 10th Aug 2020, no accounts yet, no website, no reviews anywhere. Director Gary Johnstone, no LinkedIn profile so no way of checking credentials.
Has anyone come across this company? Are they genuine - clearly cant have had any wins yet.

Did they want the £400 upfront? If so, that’s likely an advanced fee scam and should be avoided at all costshelpful tips
