B&Q Club Card

I've just signed up for a B&Q Club Card which says I'll get a voucher for £5 when I spend £30, I'm assuming I won't get £5 for every £30 I spend, that would be very generous! But it says you will get further discounts/vouchers when using the card.
My question is I have got to make a big purchase to make, around £1,000 mostly on floor tiles, wall tiles and laminate, I'm just wondering rather than ordering it all in one go as one purchase would I be better spreading it out in smaller individual purchases to get more individual rewards/vouchers on my club card?
Thanks for any help!

its been a while since your post and now we are facing the same question you had. Wondered what you did in the end? Buy bit by bit? Did the vouchers keep coming?

I was like that, got an initial discount voucher, then nothing else. Querying it with them, you need to have agreed to receive marketing emails, otherwise they can't send you the discount vouchers.  Do read the marketing emails, often the discount voucher is right at the end.

In case anybody else is in the same dilemma as the OP, it would be worth buying bulk purchases in smaller amounts, as most purchases will trigger a discount of some sort, although if you are using them regularly, the vouchers become progressively less generous until you leave it a good while and they start trying to tempt you back in.

Another advantage of having and scanning the card is you get an electronic receipt, which is handy if you need to take something back and can't find the original.
