Virgin money are providing 90 LTV mortgages for first time buyers - 7 or 10 year fixed.
Nationwide have 90 LTV mortgages for first time buyers albeit with many restrictions.
Both also have a max term of about 25 years.
HSBC are now only doing them for rate switches, not new mortgages.0 -
There are a few out there.
