Bankruptcy online form help!

I am all set to apply for bankruptcy but I am really stuck with the online form.
Short story - myself and partner have x3 kids together. We parted & got back together last year.
I now live with him & our children in his home.
We are not financially linked in anyway - no joint bank accounts, loans or anything.

He pays for all the bills and mortgage - every utility bill &
mortgage is in his name.
mortgage is in his name.
My part time income was for shopping & general looking after the kids.
So, on the form it’s asks for house hold income - which I put his income down. Then on the expenses page - it’s asks for expenses - & to only list expenses which I contribute to.
So my questions are:
1) Do I put down his income at all? Which I should right as its household income?
2) Do I list all household expenses - mortgage, utilities etc as I do not contribute to these?
I only contribute the shopping and general day to day living - kids school meals, after school clubs, my fuel and car expenses.

3) If I list his income & no expenses (as in none which I contribute to) - it looks like we have a hell
of a lot of disposable income left hence nothing is put down for house holds expenses as I do not contribute to those bills.
4) He wants nothing to do with my bankruptcy (I haven’t even told him the full extent of my debts or even that I’m applying yet) & he would like me to contribute more to the bills as he thinks I have more money hence my debt commitments which he doesn’t know fully about.

He has took a pay cut due to current times.
5) Will they ask for his payslips, mortgage statement etc? I don’t think they would as he is not financially linked to me but I know if they did he probably wouldn’t want to provide them?
6) I read somewhere I could say I’m a lodger but we have kids together same surnames & have to list them on the form & I have no tenancy agreement so I’m not a tenant!
I would be forever grateful for anyone thy could help with this as I have been sitting on this for a few months now & it’s really getting me down.
Thanks in advance.

Put your income and the household expenditure. Not the mortgage
Get the application in.
Does he earn more than you? When you talk to the OR tell them that he doesn't want anything to do with the process. They'll work on your income and half the household expenditure.
If he earns less than you it would be in his interest to work with the process, as you would take a greater share of the joint expenses and thus have less surplus income2 -
Thank you very much!I really appreciate you taking the time to read my questions & help me out. Straight talking & to the point! If you see this reply, I will be doing as you’ve said not including my boyfriends income & his mortgage etc.You said to include household expenditures minus mortgage, Do I list the utility bills & his fuel costs which he pays for or just the groceries and general day to day living costs - car, my fuel, kids clubs etc which I pay for?(By the way he earns more than me but has his own commitments loans and things but you cannot list those so probably best to keep him
out of it all)!I’ll get the application in today FINALLY!
Thanks again!1 -
If he earns more than you he will be expected to take a higher share of the expenses, and you a lower one. If he stays out, it's 50/50. I think you've got the idea
You are jointly liable for utilities and water as you are an adult living at the address and using the supply. So put it down.
Frankly work the income and expenditure* to get your surplus as low as possible (less than £20 if possible) and then negotiate politely if the OR queries anything.
Remember they'll be looking for an Income Payments Agreement. It's only in rare situations that they go to the courts for an Order.
*They work on a thing called Standard Financial Statement Spending Guidelines and they are very generous. I can't publish them but if you ever want to ask if you're within them, just ask.2
