Oh what a fab find. I cant believe its so cheap either.
Order loads of stuff and it was only £12 inc post. if i dont like it I can always give it to my 15 year old. Even boots cheapest range isnt that cheap.:beer:

I'd like to know what people think of the eyshadows too. I bought the miosture care lip colour and I love it - it give a nice sheer colour. The quality of the brushes is excellent, I was really impressed with these and I think I'll be buying more of these.

To be honest, the price did put me off at first a bit as I thought the quality wouldn't be that great, but I'll defintely be buying again.

weelllll sorry to say their delivery is cr*p. I ordered a substantial amount for christmas gifts (£35) on the 11th December...to date is has yet to appear although they have taken the money out of my account. I have emailed them in the week before christmas - no reply, and have sent two in the meantime - guess they either dont reply or are not in work till the New Year. It states on their website standards shipping 2 -3 Days.....I would say more like 2-3 week (may even be months !!!)

Some would say it was the christmas post rush, but get this. on the same day i orderd 4 pashminas from Singapore - 5 days later arrived. SD card Hong Kong - 4 days delivery. bespoke chocolates from Chesire on 21st arrived 22nd standard post....so they cant say its the postal service.

I have emaild them and told them to cancel my order and refund my card in full, as i now have no need for this make up - I had to go to a high street store and purchase the items...hacked off OR WHAT !!!

PERSONALLY I WOULD SAY AVOID AT ALL COSTS- UNRELIABLE:mad:

Hey, shame about your experience SuzySF. I'm now on my third order (ok I admit I'm an elfaholic!) and can honestly say I love, love LOVE this brand :A!
The products are fab and never had any probs with the service (infact pretty much all arrived next day - my friends that ordered said the same too). Read a couple of other forums now and the general concensus is defo a resounding thumbs up for elf so I say bag yourself a beauty bargain today - my no1 must have is plumping lip gloss - ab fab!
