Wedding cancellation date - need some ideas!!

Well sadly like far too many people my Fiancée and I were meant to be getting married on Friday, but due to covid restrictions we made the decision to cancel some time ago. It’s the correct decision for a multitude of reasons so we are not disappointed as such. However, I don’t want the day to just pass us by. So far I have arranged that we go stay at a beautiful house on the coast, we are having a banquet dinner delivered to us for the Friday. However, I haven’t thought much past that, stresses of work and life mean my brain is a little fried and I can’t think of other things I could do to mark the occasion, or to give my gorgeous fiancée something to remind us of and to help make it a special day in any case. We have our 1 yr old with us and all restaurants, bars, hotels and coffee shops are closed in our region so there is a limit to what we can do. 

Anyone have any nice ideas of things I could do to make it a special day, give her a laugh and have some fun.
